1. Company Information
Glow Travels & Tours (“we,” “our,” or “us”) operates as an online travel agency offering travel products and services including flight bookings, hotel reservations, tour packages, and transportation.
2. User Agreement
- Provide accurate, current, and complete information.
- Be at least 18 years of age or have legal guardian consent.
- Use our services only for lawful purposes.
3. Booking and Payments
- All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation.
- Prices are quoted in NZD and may change without notice.
- Full payment is required to confirm a booking, unless otherwise stated.
- Payment methods include credit/debit card and bank transfer.
4. Cancellations and Refunds
- Cancellation policies vary by service provider and are disclosed during booking.
- Refunds, if applicable, will be processed according to the provider’s policy.
- Administrative fees may apply for cancellations.
- At Glow Travels & Tours we strive to provide the highest quality travel experiences for our customers. We understand that plans can change, and our refund policy is designed to be clear and fair for both our customers and our service providers.
General Refund Policy
Refund eligibility is contingent upon the type of booking and the policies of third-party suppliers (e.g., airlines, hotels, tour operators). All refund requests must be submitted in writing to reservation@glow-trips.com or info@glow-trips.com.
- Flights: Refunds for flight bookings are subject to the airline’s fare rules and cancellation policies. Non-refundable tickets will not be eligible for a refund. Refundable tickets will be processed after deducting any airline penalties and service fees. Cancellations must be made at least 4 hours before departure to be considered.
- Hotel Reservations: Refunds are subject to the hotel’s cancellation policy. Some rates may be non-refundable, especially during peak seasons or promotions. For refundable bookings, cancellation must be requested at least 48 hours before check-in to avoid penalties.
- Tour Packages: Tour cancellations are subject to the specific tour operator’s terms and conditions. Handling fees from suppliers may be deducted. Refunds may be offered if cancelled at least 30 days prior to the scheduled start date. No refunds for no-shows or last-minute cancellations unless otherwise stated.
- Service Fees: All service fees, including booking and administrative fees, are non-refundable.
- Refund Processing Time: Once approved, refunds may take up to 7–21 business days to reflect in your original payment method, depending on the bank or provider.
- Force Majeure: We are not responsible for cancellations or changes due to events beyond our control, such as natural disasters, strikes, pandemics, or government travel restrictions. Refunds in such cases will conform to supplier policies.

5. Changes by You
- Any changes to a confirmed booking may incur additional charges.
- Change requests must be made in writing via email or through our support system.
6. Changes by Us
- We reserve the right to make changes or cancel services due to force majeure or supplier issues.
- Alternatives or refunds will be offered where applicable.
7. Travel Requirements
- You are responsible for ensuring you have valid travel documents (passport, visas, etc.).
- We are not liable for denied boarding or entry due to incorrect documentation.
8. Liability
- We act as an agent between you and travel service providers. We are not liable for acts, errors, or omissions of suppliers.
- We are not responsible for any loss, injury, or damage due to force majeure events (natural disasters, political unrest, etc.).
9. Intellectual Property
- All website content, logos, and trademarks are the property of Glow Travels & Tours or its partners.
- Unauthorized use is prohibited.
10. Privacy
- Your personal information is handled according to our Privacy Policy.
- We do not sell or share your data without consent.
11. Dispute Resolution
- Any disputes will be governed by the laws of New Zealand.
- Parties agree to attempt informal resolution before seeking legal remedies.
12. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. Continued use of our services after changes implies acceptance of the new terms.
